Lola's Cafe Singapore, Simon Road

If you're into the cafe hopping scene, Lola's cafe would be no stranger to you. Located near the entrance of Simon Road, a stone away from Kovan MRT station. They're known for their long waiting time, I've heard the longest was up to 4 hours during the weekend crowd.

What I like about Lola's cafe is, they offers pretty decent main courses all below $16. Brunch menu (10am-3pm) and dinner (6pm-10pm) are rather affordable, being wallet friendly. You would know that dining at cafes these days isn't cheap at all, a typical big breakfast plate can cost you up to $28.

Hong Kong 2014 Day 2 - Argyle Centre, Kam Wah Cafe, Via Tokyo

The weather was so hot and humid during the August period when we were there. And so the second day of our trip was to mainly eat and shop, cover mainly Mongkok and Causeway Bay. Since I was travelling with my parents this time, I didn't cover much eateries as planned. As most of them needs quite abit of walking.

Rise and shine in the early morning to have dim sum for breakfast over at Mongkok area before shopping at Argyle Centre, a wholesale shopping mall which is similar to Bangkok's platinum mall.

High Tea Buffet @ Marriott Cafe, Singapore Marriott Hotel

Happiness is when you get to eat for two for the price of one.Thank you 'The Entertainer' for offering so many awesome 1-for-1 dining deals! This is our second time having Marriott Cafe's high tea buffet since 2 years back and I must say, it's more or less the same dishes still as items may vary.

Starting off with the seafood section, there were fresh white prawns and mussels together with bentos of sushi assortment for the sushi lover. No idea why the dishes tag named crayfish when there wasn't any.. The seafood were average and nothing impressive though.
