Dessert Project, Ice Cream Parlour - Singapore

Dessert Project, located at Tiong Bahru vicinity is a newly opened ice cream parlour that serves interesting yet exotic ice cream flavours such as White Truffle, Melon with Parma Ham, White Rabbit Candy and more. The cafe serves waffles, ice cream, Shibuya toast as well as lava cakes. And yes I was here mainly for the Shibuya toast which I have heard good reviews about it and this 3 inch thick buttered toast did not disappoint.

Back at 1 Market again after their Nyonya fair previously. This time round, 1 market launches another edition of its thematic fair with Eat-all-you-can Crab extravaganza. This September, crab aficionados will rub their hands with glee while enjoying free flow of local favorites such as Salted Egg Crab and Black Pepper Crab as well. These dishes follow Chef Wan's personal recipes which he spent years experimenting and perfecting.

Drury Lane is yet another hipster cafe along the stretch of Tanjong Pagar road, you just can't missed the striking red doors of this unit. High tables, chairs and a selection of bakes greets you upon entering. Drury lane is known to serve cafe food with a local twist such as the highly raved salted egg yolk eggs Benedict. Not forgetting some quiet time over coffee on the second floor, therapeutic I would say.

Kuishin Bo Japanese Buffet, Suntec City Singapore

Roosted in the new north wing of Suntec City is Kuishin Bo's newest restaurant, where the Japanese buffet brand boasts a sprawling interior fitted with wooden beams. The buffet line-up running from sashimi and sushi to yakitori and agemono has no doubt provide a complete Japanese epicurean experience. I think the most attention-grabbing is the Kids Haven corner which is exclusive to Kuishin Bo Suntec City only.
