IPPIN is Singapore's first home concept Japanese cafe bar, it's a spot for those with a serious affection for real Japanese food that taste like you're truly home. On the day of my visit, it was raining heavily in the night and all you probably need is a cup of hot tea and a good meal in the comfort of your home. Though I may not be physically at home but the laid back ambience at IPPIN makes me feel like it.

The Buffet Steamboat Dinner @ M Hotel
If you've been following my social media platforms, you would know that I'm a big fan of steamboat or anything hotpot. I got to try the 'eat all you can' steamboat dinner at the restaurant The Buffet which is located in M Hotel. As the restaurant named 'The Buffet', some may get confused that it only serves buffet but they offer steamboat sets as well. Thanks to my colleagues for the birthday vouchers.

Bangkok - Hua Chang Heritage Hotel, Maeklong Railway Market, Hello Kitty Cafe
A trip to Bangkok is always a good idea for a short weekend trip and it is somewhere I go to yearly. Sorry for the late post, this trip happened beginning of 2015 in January where the weather is still cooling in Bangkok! First time flying on Scoot Business Class as it's the cheapest flight I can get especially after the New Year period. The only complain I have for Scoot's BKK route is late evening flight :(

Capri Trattoria & Pizzeria, 3 Binjai Park
Honestly, I rarely had italian cuisine and most people around me either deem it as expensive or food they do not know how to appreciate. After a great italian dining experience at Capri, my mindset towards italian cuisine has changed. Located at Binjai Park in upscale Bukit Timah, Capri Trattoria & Pizzeria prides itself on a menu dedicated to region-centric italian favorites with interesting ingredients.

FUKU, first in Singapore to specialise in Pufferfish
My first time experience indulging in fugu also known as Puffer fish. FUKU is the first-ever restaurant in Asia outside of Japan that specialises in fugu. They offer a variety of dishes using various parts of the fish, as well as serving 2 new soup bases for its popular Fugu Hotpot from just $70++! We do not need to travel to Japan to enjoy this delicacy as we can now have it locally here in Singapore.
