Sunday Market, Lim Tua Tow Road

I have visited Sunday Market thrice for brunch and dinner over a period of time and I have finally decided to write down. There are many cafes blooming in Singapore recently with similar concept and it's a challenge to stand out among the rest. But I would say Sunday Market did a good job in their interior with a rustic, bricks-built concept. Food wise, I wonder what creativity would be incorporated in their menu.

[CLOSED] Hotpot Kingdom, Marina Bay Sands

My satisfaction for steamboat bar has recently been set higher ever since with the opening of Hai Di Lao, Beauty in a pot etc, serving premium broth and quality meat in hotpot. The steamboat speciality restaurant, Hotpot Kingdom serves hot pot cultures of many kinds. Though it is located at Marina Bay Sands, the pricing is generally steep but be assured that Hotpot kingdom is worth it's value.

MooJaa, Mookata Thai BBQ Steamboat

Mookata also literally means 'Pork BBQ in Thai language where you get to enjoy both bbq meat and hot pot at the same time. I am a big fan of mookata - have been trying many of them in Singapore and MooJaa is probably one of the most popular place for Mookata.

RamenPlay launched Shabu Shabu @ BreadTalk IHQ

I believe RamenPlay restaurant is no stranger to Singaporeans, as they are known for serving bowls of hearty ramens and Japanese dishes. And recently, RamenPlay has expanded its offerings which comprises ramen and donburi (rice bowl) with steamy Shabu Shabu from $13.90. This affordable and attractively-priced hotpot set include quality beef or pork with rice or udon. No doubt it sounds promising.

The Laneway Market, Tanjong Katong Road

The Laneway Market, probably one of the newest kid on the block in the cafe scene. It is located at Tanjong Katong Road, an area with a full bloom of cafes and eateries. Though it's a little inaccessible as it's not near to any MRT stations, but I've heard good reviews about their risotto and that got me down one day.
