The wildly popular King Crab buffet is back again by popular demand. Good news for crab aficionados if you enjoy unlimited helpings of fresh and succulent king crabs. With prices starting at $39.80++, the Momiji king crab buffet is bound to quell all your hankerings for this beloved crustacean.
The King Crab buffet will be available during brunch and dinner for a limited time only, so make sure you don't miss the chance to enjoy unlimited servings of King crab legs and Snow Crab legs.
There are also other counters serving different category of authentic Japanese cuisine and items such as Sushi, Shabu-Shabu, Teppanyaki, Tempura, Hot Food, Yakitori as well as Dessert counter.
Besides the king crabs, you can also look forward to an extensive selection of premium items serving on the different food counters at Momiji. Shall bring you through, here's cooked local food like cereal squid, sambal prawns, fried rice etc.
Here at the Teppanyaki counter offering grilled items such as Kurobuta Pork chop, Squid, Beef Steak as well as Chicken Mentai that is worth trying.
Shabu Shabu counter - ranging from pork to wagyu beef hot pot.
Sushi counter - This is only one part of it, the other part offering soba, hand roll etc.
Seafood counter - The usual items such as fresh prawns, sashimi, tuna and squid.
Drinks are majority Japanese influenced, such as Matcha tea, yuzu tea, green tea as well as passionfruit ocha.
What's best to pair with grill meat? Beer of course with free flow of Sapporo beer at Momiji. Note that it is only available 630pm-730pm daily and 1230pm-130pm for brunch buffet. I have seen people taking a few bottles before the cut off time, good idea! Well, no one say you can't do that :P
The fry-to-order and tempura counter - a wide spread of deep-fried items such as Prawn paste chicken, gyoza, squid, ebi prawn etc.

Pleasantly surprised to find a dim sum counter in the buffet line too.
Moving on to desserts, started off with a range of fruits.
Chocolate fondue and desserts to capped off the meal. Nothing fanciful, mainly assorted mochi, cheesecake, red bean soup, eclairs, cupcakes etc.
Here at Momiji, you are able to DIY your own waffle. Just simply follow the instructions even at the side and you are good to go.
Topped with free flow of Haagen Dazs ice cream, a total of 7 flavours. My favorite would be the macadamia nut flavour. Please eat till your hearts content!
End product of our waffles, greedy us scooped 7 ice cream flavours to topped on our waffles. Of course we drizzle it with chocolate sauce from the chocolate fondue :P
This marks the third year Momiji is holding the King Crab buffet promotion and it will be available for a limited time only. With such a wide spread of items including fresh seafood and crabs, this buffet gives you bang for your buck. I personally feel it's pretty much worth value.
