Three Bistro, you would probably ask why three? It basically represents Bistro, Wine Place and Music Bar all in one place, located conveniently in Marina Square. It is indeed a great place to chill out with melodious music and alcohol after a tiring day at work. Three Bistro is founded on a dream to bring affordable wine and food pairing meals as well as causal dining culture to Singapore. Read on to find out their daily promotion.

Three Bistro serve casual dining Modern European cuisine with a twist of local touch. The food here is a comprehensive collection of bistro specialties including salads, soups, mains and pastas. As well as burger and ribs selections (Angus beef), where it is best pair with beers.

If you're looking to come with your family members, be sure to check out their family menu  promotion which feature a 5 course set meal. Valid till end June, more info below.

At Three Bistro, it is also a one stop solution to your corporate events and private parties. As you can see the space is rather spacious, they are able to accommodate from 40 up to 150 people.

I'm glad to have the privilege to savour some of Three Bistro's signatures recently. We started off the meal with one of their choice of soup, Roasted Tomato Delight $7. Whole peel tomato braised with roasted garlic & zucchini w fresh herbs. It tasted almost the same to a bowl of pasta with tomato base. The touch of roasted garlic in it did enhance the overall fragrant.

Next we had 2 starters, first is the Oven Baked Escargots $11. These braised escargots are bake with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. The strong aroma of the garlic butter was good but it kind of overwhelmed the entire escargot.

The appetizer we had is the Grilled Foie Gras $18, it is served with charcoal bun and maple syrup. It was a unique combination and pleasantly surprised that it went well. The foie gras were crisp on the edge yet soft within. On the other hand the charcoal bun were dense and well toasted, it gave an extra crunch which balance the overall texture in every bite.

The maple syrup adds on a slight sweetness and it sure help to 'kill' the unpleasant taste of foie gras. I have never fancy foie gras due to the 'pungent' but I have to say this is good.

Moved on to mains, here's Spicy Chicken Casserole $16. Chicken cubes braised in tomato base together with capsicum and olive served with toasted bread. The people at my table quite like this one where the chicken thigh is tender and well marinated.

What's a western-european dining restaurant without steak right? Here's Striploin Steak $22, where the 200gm of steak is served with cajun fries, house salad and black pepper sauce.

We were told that it will be served medium rare but the one on my table appeared to be rare, where it is slightly seared outside and 75% red through the centre. Otherwise it would have been rather perfect as the flavour is present in the meat.

For the last main, we had the Swiss Rosti with Trio Sausages $24. A thick slab of rosti with bratwurst, chorizo and chipolata sausages with black pepper sauce. Yes the same black pepper sauce.

Sausages were average while the texture of the rosti could be more consistent in terms of crispiness. Wish they would pan fried it longer to obtain the crispy edge before serving. The serving at our table didn't look as good as the above.

We capped off the meal with desserts, here's Chocolate Lava Cake w Vanilla Ice Cream $7 where they baked in house.

The texture was good with the chocolate flow. For 7 bucks, this is definitely worth the value. We also tried Classic Italian Panna Cotta $6.50 which exceeded my expectation. The custard was soft yet smooth, rather affordable too.

At Three Bistro, consumers are ensured a relax and pleasant dining experience. The folks pride themselves in providing good service and quality food at affordable prices. Thanks to Three Bistro, I had a great time chilling with great pours and music. Don't forgot to check out their attractive daily promotion especially Saturday's!
