Salted Caramel Artisan Ice Cream - Upper Thomson Rd

Located in the heart of Upper Thomson Rd where many inspiring cafes are, Salted Caramel is one of them! The ice cream parlor is owned by a talented young lady and is named after her favorite ice cream flavor - Salted Caramel. Decided to drop by one day for an ice cream fix!

We arrived at about 9 pm on a weekday after our dinner at Auntie Kim's Korean Restaurant. (One of the best place to go for Korean food, will blog that soon) The crowd comes about this hour and it gets a lil rowdy and noisy to catch up w your homies over dessert.

It offers a variety of unique ice cream flavors and I was spoilt for choice. Reasonable pricing with 1 scoop ($3.30), 2 scoops ($5.60) and 3 scoops ($7.90) They've homemade waffles & brownie too at $3.50 each.

Beverages such as coffee and tea is available as well, such a great combination to just indulge in sweet treats in this cozy place. (Y)

We tried their homemade waffle ($3.50) served w 2 scoops of ice cream the first time and instantly got hooked on. We had Peppermint Brownie & Salted Caramel - just dope! The waffle is crispy on the outside and fluffy within, one of the place I would go for a waffle fix.

No doubt it has become one of my favorite ice cream parlors to go to in Singapore. I'm completely stoked to try the rest of the unique ice cream flavors. Be sure to check them out if you're in that vicinity!
